With the Levita sauna salt, the skin is clean deep into the pores, well supplied with blood, supple and soft. A peeling cleanses the skin, frees it of dead cells and allows it to breathe freely again. The skin becomes softer and smoother as the metabolism is stimulated, which maintains tissue tension. The peeling salt contains valuable minerals and natural trace elements.

This product is pure sea salt from the Mediterranean. The majority of the grains have a grain size of 0.16-0.9 mm.

The processed scents are embedded in skin-friendly massage oil and are therefore free of allergens, unlike essential oils.

Wie lange ist die Lieferzeit?

Bei Lagerprodukten erfolgt der Versand innerhalb 1-2 Tagen nach Bestellungseingang. Sollte kein Lagerbestand verfügbar sein, erfolgt ein Versand innerhalb 2-3 Wochen. In diesem Fall erhalten Sie per E-Mail eine entsprechende Information.

Sobald das Paket für den Versand angemeldet ist, wird per E-Mail der Link mit der Sendungsverfolgung verschickt.

Wie hoch sind die Versandkosten?

Ab einem Bestellwert von CHF 100.00.- ist der Versand innerhalb der Schweiz kostenlos. Darunter fallen Porto- und Verpackungskosten von CHF 10.00.- an.

Wie kann ich ein Produkt retournieren?

Eine Reklamation muss innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt per E-Mail an info@biosel.ch gemeldet werden. Die Produkte müssen originalverpackt auf eigene Kosten retourniert werden. Sobald wir die Rücksendung erhalten und geprüft haben, erfolgt die Rücküberweisung.

Besteht ein qualitatives Problem, erhalten Sie per E-Mail das Postlabel für den Rückversand und das Produkt wird umgehend ausgetauscht.

Können die Produkte nur Online gekauft werden?

Unser Verkauf erfolgt nur über den Onlineshop. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Wasserwelt Aquabasilea in Pratteln besteht allerdings die Möglichkeit, die Produkte vor Ort zu kaufen sowie auch Behandlungen mit den Salin de Biosel-Produkten im Spa zu buchen.
